Getting started is simple
Here's what to expect when you begin care with us — and answers to the questions we hear most often.
What to expect

2. Complete intake & consent
You'll receive access to the patient portal to complete your intake paperwork and telehealth informed consent before your first appointment.
3. Attend your first visit

If medication is part of your plan, we'll schedule regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Frequently asked questions
What is a PMHNP?
A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is an advanced-practice registered nurse with specialized training in mental health who can diagnose conditions and prescribe medication.
How do telehealth visits work?
After you schedule, you'll receive a secure link to join your video visit through AdvancedMD. You can join from a phone, tablet, or computer — no download needed. Please be in a private, quiet space for your appointment.
Which states do you serve?
We currently see patients who are physically located in the states listed on this site at the time of their visit. If your state isn't listed, please contact us.
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes. Our providers offer psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management. The provider will determine the most appropriate treatment plan with you.
Is telehealth right for me in an emergency?
No. Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 if you are in immediate danger.
How do I become a new patient?
Use the “Schedule Online” button to request your first appointment through our scheduling page, or call us. You'll complete intake and consent before your first visit.
